Shanell and her crew have been highly communicative every step of the way, which has been extremely helpful in the midst of  the COVID restrictions. They clearly know what they're doing and show high levels of care for their residents. My father tells me daily how he feels so much happier at this new residence. He says it feels like he's at a friend's house. And I feel a sense of relief knowing he's safe and comfortable and eating what sounds like very tasty food!!"
